EAST BAY'S PREMIER POKE SHOP
Poke Parlor focuses on a fast casual seafood restaurant experience for the health conscious consumer. Aside from the traditional poke, we're putting a unique twist to the cuisine by offering tacos & panini's (pokenini) to our menu. Our ingredients are 100% sustainably sourced. Our wild-caught seafood is sourced using environmentally friendly fishing methods. The majority of our vegetables are locally soured, organic and non-GMO. We strongly believe in supporting local farmers and suppliers. We also pride ourselves in only serving our food in biodegradable bowls, cups, and utensils.

OUR INGRIDIENTS
CUT FRESH DAILY
• We only serve sashimi grade seafood that is delivered & prepped daily.
• Our Scottish salmon is our best seller and is 100% sustainable.
• Our yellow fin tuna is caught with dolphin free netting and graded Tuna#1. It is the best grade possible for consumption.
• Our Albacore is imported from Thailand and our Octopus is imported from Japan as we’ve found them to be higher quality in comparison to that of other regions.
• The majority of our fruits and vegetables are sourced from farms within 150 miles of our restaurant to deliver the best available ingredients, while also supporting local farmers.
• Our sauces are made in-house every day.
